Cuyahoga Valley Hiking Trail

Hiking in beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a year-round pleasure. One hundred twenty-five miles of trails are available for exploring woodlands, meadows, beaver ponds, high rock ledges, waterfalls, and mysterious caves. The most popular trail in the park is the restored towpath of the 19th century Ohio & Erie Canal. The nearly level Towpath Trail offers bicyclists and hikers close-up views of historic canal era ruins, locks, buildings, and the crooked Cuyahoga River.
